Legal basis promotion PortAventura x Xibeca
1.- ORGANIZER AND PURPOSE OF THE PROMOTIONS.A. DAMM, with registered office at c/ Roselló, 515, and tax identification number CIF A08000820, is organizing a promotion called “DAMM-PORT AVENTURA” (hereinafter, the “PROMOTION”), with the aim of offering an incentive for the consumption and diffusion of the products marketed under the “XIBECA” bran, owned and registered by S.A. DAMM. This promotion will be governed by the following Legal Terms.
2.- PROMOTION PERIOD
This promotion will begin on September 21, 2025 and will end on November 10, 2025 at the point of sale.
The discounts can be redeemed at the Port Aventura ticket offices during the 2025 opening season and are only valid for the opening days where the promotion is applicable:

3.- PROMOTION TERRITORY
This promotion applies to Catalonia, Aragon, and the province of Castellón.
4.- ELIGIBILITY
The promotion is aimed at consumers of beers of the “XIBECA” brand.
Any employee of S.A. DAMM and/or distributors or relatives, as well as any other person directly or indirectly related to the creation and execution of the PROMOTION, are expressly excluded from this PROMOTION.
To take part in the PROMOTION, users must be over 18 years of age and be residents of Spanish territory.
Entries that do not meet these requirements, or any of them, will be automatically discarded.
5.- PROMOTION MECHANICS
The mechanics of this promotion are as follows:
For every €5 purchase of Xibeca brand products in supermarkets and hypermarkets within Catalonia, Aragon, and the province of Castellón, you will receive a 35% discount on the purchase of a 1-day adult ticket for PortAventura Park or a 1-day adult combined ticket for PortAventura Park + Ferrari Land. You will receive a discount coupon at the corresponding supermarket and/or hypermarket checkout, which can only be physically redeemed at the Port Aventura ticket offices.
The promotion is valid exclusively on the opening days of Port Aventura World’s 2025 season when the promotion applies, as listed here:

Dates may be subject to change. Not redeemable for its economic value. Sale prohibited. Xibeca recommends responsible consumption 4.6º. Promotion not valid for persons under 18 years old.
S.A. DAMM reserves the right to exclude from this promotion those persons acting in bad faith or for whom there is firm evidence that they have manipulated coupons or any other mechanism of this promotion.
Participant information for this promotion is included in the promotional materials in their various formats.
6.- PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION
Through the promotional mechanics described, and in compliance with applicable regulations, it is reported that the data of the participants of the promotion will be processed by S.A. DAMM for the purpose of managing the promotion and assigning the prizes to the corresponding winners.
Participants in this promotion may exercise their rights of access, rectification, erasure and portability of their data, as well as restriction or opposition to its processing, through the following postal address: ATT PRIVACY OFFICE REF: c/ Rosselló nº 515, 08025 Barcelona. Communication made by the participant to the following email address will also be valid: privacidad@damm.com.
7.- RESERVATIONS AND LIMITATIONS
S.A. DAMM reserves the right to cancel this PROMOTION or suspend it, or to modify its conditions, if for technical or other reasons beyond its control, it cannot be carried out as intended.
Likewise, S.A. DAMM may declare this PROMOTION void if irregularities are detected in the user’s identification data.
S.A. DAMM is not responsible for the accuracy of the data provided by the user.
S.A. DAMM reserves the right to justifiably remove any user who defrauds, alters, or hinders the proper functioning and regular course of this PROMOTION.
8.- APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION
S.A. DAMM promotions are governed by the current legislation of Spain.
For any disputes arising from the interpretation and application of these terms, both S.A. DAMM and the participants in this PROMOTION submit to the competent Courts and Tribunals.
S.A. DAMM reserves the right to take legal action against any person who carries out any act that may be considered manipulation or falsification of the PROMOTION.
9.- ACCEPTANCE OF THE TERMS
Potential participants are informed that merely taking part in the PROMOTION implies full acceptance of these terms. Any declaration to the contrary by a participant will result in their exclusion from the PROMOTION, and S.A. DAMM will be released from fulfilling any obligation toward them.
The terms of this PROMOTION are filed with the Notary of the Illustrious Official College of Barcelona, Mr. Jose-Alberto Marín Sánchez, at calle Diputació, 268, entlo, and are available for consultation by consumers.
